HOW CAN I INITIATE THE RETURN PROCESS FOR MY HALO BOTANICALS ORDER?

To return your product, please send it to the following address: 3242 East Willow Street, Signal Hill, California 90755. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, as shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

HOW WILL THE REFUND BE PROCESSED?

Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and the appropriate credit will be applied to your original method of payment, such as your credit card.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY RETURN HAS BEEN APPROVED?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your return. The approval or rejection of your refund will also be included in the notification.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY REFUND?

If you haven't received your refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account first, and then contacting your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Additionally, please contact your bank, as there might be a processing delay. CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS THAT WERE ON SALE?

Refunds are only applicable to regular priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning items to our facility.
